Craig's Creep 2x.

So a while back we put an add up on Craig's list to find people to be our board patients. I took it down several weeks ago. But A couple weeks back I received a phone call from a guy at 1:45 AM. I was asleep but I thought it was about 6:00 in the morning.

He calls and says "I'm calling about your ad on Craig's list"

So I telling him about the ad (we're students from blah blah blach) and he says
"You have a nice voice" I naturally I say... "Well thank you"

So I tell him we need our patients to come in for a screening to make sure they meet the requirements and I asked him the questions -how long since your last cleaning do you floss...ect.

Then I asked when he would be available and he said
"Will you be wearing PANTIE HOSE?" I naturally said "...What...?"

He said "Will you we wearing Pantie Hose for this screening?"

I said "...Umm....NO, seeing as how I do not like Pantie Hose!"

He said "Oh well I'll let you go then"

I looked at the number and it said "(no number) because I like to flag these people so I know when they call again. strange...

--------------------OK so that was a week ago... THIS MORNING at 5:42 (I was sleeping) I received another call and it sounded exactly like the same guy

I looked at the number it said "Private Phone call..."

This is how the call went

Him: "hi, I saw you on the Pantie Hose champion, Are you wearing Pantie Hose?"
Me: "I believe you have the wrong number I do not know what you are referring to"
Him: "So you're not wearing Pantie Hose?"
Me: "No"
Him: "Why aren't you"
Me: "You have the wrong number, good bye."

I'm looking forward to changing my phone number so no more crazies call me.

This is what my phone said when I looked at his number again. Why does it have no number? I asked my roomie and my dad and they both said he probably blocks the number so others can't see his so he can make all these phone calls.

My dad told me go turn my phone off at night and buy an alarm clock but I can't do that I feel like something's off when my phone is off...



I did find my boards patient from Craigs list and he qualified on my first submission. Now I'm just waiting for my results.

I went home right after the WREB exam and my cat sad on my lap for almost an hour :)

WAITING!

First of all notice I blacked out the plate on the car... you never know....

so I was driving a while ago and I thought the passenger had some crazy hair! But It ended up being this dog :-D



We are required to buy a cart for WREB, Amanda and I are going to share. but when we went out to buy the cart yesterday it was pouring and we ran into Target and Walmart. At one of those places my phone fell out of my pocket (into the rain). Today after clinic I went to AT and T and my dad helped me get a new phone (not without complications) So I'm again in debt to my family.

I found my patient but he is hypertensive stage I (also II) (high blood pressure) so there is always doubt. My Instructor recommended I think about using 3% Mepiv for LA.

I seriously can not WAIT for this week to be over with!!!!!!!!!!!!

As you may know, I am stressed... again. So while working at the library today this is the song I have on repeat :)



RELAXING don't you think?!?!

I've spotted something in my left ring finger's fingernail...a white spot. I've seen it on others but this is the first time I've had a white spot on my nail. You might not be able to see it in this pictures but it is there. It's odd to me because I have not hit my nail so it's not due to trauma...



Here is Amanda enjoying her sprinkles, She likes 75% sprinkles and 25% ice cream. She didn't get it here at Sheridans but she was still happy!!!

It was a tall white building in Missouri, The testing center was on the 7th foor.

We got there about 10 min before they opened and so did the UMKC students. It was very strange because they didn't say hello as we came in they didn't even look at us until Billie forced them to by saying "Good morning Ladies!"

So we sat on opposite sides of the hallway...



Here we are. The 4 of use (we had to bring 2 forms of ID and here we are looking at each others passports)

I finished my test before the others and found this. It's a common thing I guess but I don't see them often, I imagined myself breaking the glass and it made me happy. I actually tapped the glass lightly with it! I wondered it when I did break it if the glass would cut me as it fell...



This was right next to it, a mail shoot. So the mail would fall SEVEN floors. I would be worried if some mail got stuck and was not sent.

I forgot to bring my camera to the library so no pictures today :_(

I just need to do really well this week! After the 9th I'll be done with clinical and written boards!!!!

I'll finialy get to go home and see my cat when I'm done!!! I asked my mom when the last time I went home was and neighter her or I could remember. I remember going home for a day to get my license renewed.... in January... I can't remember when it was that I went home and met the girls of the house.

I'm still looking for a good patient for clinical boards, my pt I found the other week can't come back for x-rays so he wont work. Ms. Log. recommened I look at her daughters boyfriend so he'll be coming in Monday.

Written boards only took me 5 hours to take. I didn't really take good pics but the restrictions there were high!

I love the cats of Purrfect Pets, yesterday as soon as I opened a cage this cat named Brittany leaped into my chest and started sucking on my jacked. They are too cute.

After we volunteered Amanda and I printed off some color flyers at school.

We then distributed them and brochures to

So I have this new Camera but I need to buy some batteries for it :)


I still haven't found my WREB boards patient yet. There are only a couple of months left in school. I need to give it a good finish. 2 years isn't that long but it sure does feel like somebody is pounding on my body. I was a little stressed the other night so I wrote my goals down in my journal, Aside from working my goals are.

1) To get in shape (within one year)

2) To continue volunteering (weekly)

3) To learn Spanish for the dental office (4 years)

Those are my goals after school. I can't wait.
