Clinic Requirements

• 4 Moderate/Heavy patients(with case review for each)
• 10 Light patients
  
• 2 Child patients
• 5 CMRS (Complete Mouth Radiographic Series-2 retakes and @ min 75% )
• 1 Set of VBW (Vertical bitewings)
• 1 Panelipse (Pano)
• 4 Sealants (DDS and RDH must evaluate)

Competencies

• Probe (by day 6)
• 11/12 Explorer (evaluation on Mod/Hvy by day 6)
• Periodontal assessment
  
• Calculus detection
  
• Radiographic Exposures-(Max. Molar Mand. Premolar on 1st CMRS)
• Instrument Sharpening-Sickle Universal Curet Gracey Curet (by day 10)
• Ultrasonic Scaler
• 2 Subg Scaling on mod/hvy (handscale 2 teeth by day 6 and day 10)

Other

• P.M. (periodontal Maintenance) with in 1 1/2 years Gen Case type II
• points taken off increase
• Human Needs Deficits and CC (Chief Complaint) ready at initial
